Biehl & Biehl, Inc Consumer Complaints

I receive multiple calls from this collection agency. They originally claimed I owed 100.74 for a UPS shipment I'd made. I provide via email a full paid receipt for the total amount UPS billed for the shipment. I had taken the pallet to the UPS hub where it was weighed, measured, and accepted. UPS used their own address as the ship from address on the paperwork. The hub did all of the paperwork. I was given a number to call with my payment information. A year later I started receiving calls from Biehl Collects. I provided them a copy via email of the paid in full receipt. They replied back with an invoice from TForce Trucking showing an amount with 0.00 dollars due and paid in full. The only thing that was changed on the second invoice was the freight class. Weight and measurements were all the same. Biehl still maintains I owe 100.74. Today I received a call claiming I owe over $1000.00. TForce trucking at the time was a subcontractor for UPS. I contracted with UPS. UPS at the time contracted with TForce.

I had previously informed this collection agency to never call me again. Today I was told that because my personal cell phone number was associated with my business they could call as they pleased. Any further calls on my personal cell phone I will be contacting my attorney and pursuing legal action against Biehl & Biehl.
