Hallo , this is in reference to : 4221674 , a letter sent to me 9/30/22 of a debt of $109.40 .
I contacted "Old National Bank" and there was no record of this charge , I never had an account with them . The previous name of this Bank was "First Midwest Bank" , i closed my account on 8/4 /22 , with a Zero balance .
I contacted you also 10 days ago by phone , and was told to ignore this bill .
Please respond , so this matter can be closed.
