I have been going through divorce for several years, due to many discovery issues. I do not believe my name was ever put on my husbands account by me. I learned of this account when receiving a charge off of $38,000 by US Bank attached to the foreclosure of our home. I am mediately denied having this account in route to US Bank several times with no response. How can I get verification that I ever signed on to this bank account when they wont respond?
