Jacqueline Bowser
I need help to obtain information on a past account that was left to me from my father Stewart Bowser. When I turned 18 in 1982 I was able to change the account into my name. I also added my sister Julia Lawrence Jolley to the account as a secondary. The funds in the account were taken out by my sister without my permission and used it as down payment for her house at 8 Nutgrove Street, White Plains, NY 10606. I wasn't informed of any transactions nor authorized my sister to use my money towards her house and hide the truth from me. My father made sure everyone had their own account but my sister was very manipulative and took my money. What can you do to help me.
