My Mother purchased 2 $500 savings bonds, that were issued on May 30, 1980 from Atlantic Financial, home office, 50 Monument Road, Bala Cynwyd, Pa 19004...she died in 1998, I see on the internet that this bank has been inactive since January 11, 1990, is this money a lost, or can they be honored at a location designated by the original Bank
