If a person was a account holder in 1992 and own a saving account with Cheltenham bank, but the account was dormant for years and later found the bank had merged with Lloyd bank and then TSB bank. so how do you get back the funds owed to you? We tried searching on Penna . unclaimed property to no success. The merging banks don't seem to have state side phone numbers, NOW WHAT to do? I Am a senior at age 83, HELP!
